We are seeking a full-time experienced sales negotiator. You will need:
To be customer focused To be a great communicator Excellent computer skills To be service driven.The role will include office admin tasks, client care, accompanied viewing appointments with viewing feedback and professional marketing advice through to sale negotiation, sale progression and successful completion. Full-time role and Saturday’s on a rota will be included. This is a busy and varied role with plenty of challenges along the way!
Our office is in a great location opposite Abbey Fields in Kenilworth our properties include Kenilworth, Warwick, Coventry and villages.
