We are still looking to Hire ! We are Expanding and Seeking New Team Members

We have been successfully selling homes for the last five years and are now seeking new team members to join us.

We are searching for the following two roles within our branch, ideally both will be Full
Time but we may also be able to consider Part Time. You will be very involved in the day
to day running of the business with customer service being your number one focus.
EXPERIENCED SALES NEGOTIATOR
Responsibilities:
• Day to Day management of buyers and sellers. This will include generating viewings,
obtaining viewing feedback, communicating with both parties, negotiating offers and
agreeing sales.
• Sales progression. Including communication throughout the sales process with buyers,
sellers and solicitors/conveyancers in a professional and caring manner.
• Updating and maintaining database notes and systems.
• Sale updates with regular sales meetings.
• Handling enquiries generated from internet and telephone.
EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR/CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls and website enquiries
• Booking valuation, viewing and other diary appointments
• Diary management
• Taking accurate messages
• Keeping office tidy
• Provide efficient sales administration to include:
• New properties and marketing
