Stamp Duty Holiday: How will it work?

The chancellor has announced the good news we were all waiting for –  confirming a temporary holiday on stamp duty from 8th July.  Rightmove reported a surge in activity following the announcement and it is hoped these changes will make it easier for many of you to buy a home in the coming months.
