It’s Awards Time Again – ESTAS Shortlist for 2024!

Julie Philpot Residential has achieved ‘ Standard of Excellence’ and has been recognised for delivering outstanding customer service to its clients by making the shortlist for The ESTAS 2024 – the biggest award scheme in the UK residential property industry.

We are delighted to have been nominated again in these most prestigious awards.  We have been shortlisted in the County, Regional & National Sales Category 2024.  We will be attending the awards on Friday 18th October 2024 at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London.

The ESTAS Customer Service Awards is the largest annual event for the UK residential property industry.  The winners will be announced by Phil Spencer in front of 1,000 of the UK’s top property professionals on Friday.  Spencer said “The ESTAS Awards are based on real feedback, from real clients experiencing real service so they provide genuine proof of the service levels that a firm is delivering to clients. To be shortlisted is a great achievement in itself and something every firm should be extremely proud of.
